CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received by before Monday 21st April 2008 will receive a partial refund, but a charge will be made of £200 for the conference+dinner+accommodation package, and £100 for the conference-only package. After 21st April the full fee must be paid and no refunds will be payable. Substitutions may be made at any time, however.
